Delete Your Account or Data

Delete specific data, without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. From inside the app, you can:

• Delete a task or goal. Open it and tap Delete — this permanently removes it along with its completion history.
• Disconnect a health/fitness provider. In Settings, disconnect WHOOP, Fitbit, or Oura — this immediately erases the stored connection; it isn't just a pause.
• Remove a friend. Removes that connection and any stats you'd shared with them.

These take effect right away and don't require contacting us or deleting your account.

Delete your whole account (immediate)

To delete your account and everything tied to it:

• Open GoSignal and sign in
• Go to Profile
• Tap Delete Account and confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email jeff.babbitt.us@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, in full:

• Your name, email address, and profile photo
• Every task and goal you created, along with completion history, streaks, and earned passes
• Saved locations tied to location-based tasks or goals
• App usage history used for blocking and stats
• Friend connections and shared stats
• Any connected health/fitness provider tokens (WHOOP, Fitbit) stored for your account

Health and fitness readings themselves (like your raw step counts) are never stored on our servers in the first place — only a pass/fail outcome for the task or goal you set up is ever saved, and that's deleted along with everything else above.
